On the schedule are pianists Clayton Stephenson and Rachel Breen, visitor artists, plus quite a lot of school recitals that includes artwork songs, chamber works and extra.

The Division of Music, within the UAB Faculty of Arts and Sciences, presents recitals and concert events every fall and spring semesters — and most of the performances are free and open to the general public.

Buy tickets now for the UAB Piano Sequence efficiency by Clayton Stephenson at 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22; pianist Rachel Breen will shut the sequence with a efficiency on Sunday, March 26. Visitor artist recitals will embrace Prema Bhat, Indian classical vocalist, on Feb. 19, and Caitlan Jones, percussion, on April 2; each of these performances are free.

American pianist Rachel Breen has been awarded high prizes on the Honens Worldwide Piano Competitors, the Beethoven Worldwide Competitors in Vienna, the Georges Cziffra Worldwide Competitors and the Nuova Coppa Pianisti Worldwide Competitors, amongst many others.
