Zelenskyy confirmed that officers from the Inside Ministry have been on board as he despatched his condolences to the victims of the crash.

“Amongst them [the victims] are Minister of Inside Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi, his first deputy Yevhen Yenin, State Secretary of the Ministry of Inside Affairs Yuri Lubkovych, their assistants and the helicopter crew.” 

“25 individuals have been injured, together with 10 youngsters. As of this minute, 3 youngsters died. The ache is unspeakable. The helicopter fell on the territory of one of many kindergartens,” he mentioned, in feedback translated by NBC.
