A longtime Miami-Dade Animal Companies worker was arrested on an animal cruelty cost after a co-worker allegedly witnessed him brutally beat a pet, authorities mentioned.
Raudel Perez, 54, was arrested Tuesday on one depend of animal cruelty with intent to injure, an arrest report mentioned.
