BEMIDJI — Headwaters Music and Arts will resume its Mini Musician program, an eight-session class that may meet from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. on Wednesdays, from Nov. 30 by means of Feb. 1, at Headwaters, 519 Minnesota Ave. NW.
