DUNEDIN, Fla. — This month, a brand new rapper is bursting onto the scene in Tampa Bay. Her debut single is a music of inspiration, understanding and hope.
Strolling down a college hallway was once Jenn Posey’s worst nightmare.
“Like I entered a darkish place due to all of the bullying and trauma I went via,” stated Posey.
So Posey turned that negativity into creativity by rapping about autism.
“My inspiration to put in writing music was to simply get out my emotions and to specific myself,” she stated.
The nonprofit group Assist Us Collect heard about Posey’s musical abilities and stated, “Let’s make a music video.”
“What HUG does is we advocate for the inclusion of individuals of all talents,” stated Kevin Stamper of HUG. “Her lyrics and her phrases have been simply so clear, and so we needed to make it possible for was dropped at the entire world.”
