The Village Live shows chamber music sequence will current “A Courageous New World,” a live performance of music for string quartet, 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, within the Memorial Chapel at Riverside’s Westmont Village, 17050 Arnold Drive.
Performers are violinist YuEun Kim, a member of Delirium Musicum, a self-conducted Los Angeles-based chamber orchestra; violinist Tomasz Golka, creative director of the sequence and music director of the Riverside Philharmonic; violist Sharon Ray, who performs in Southern California with orchestras together with the Santa Monica Symphony, Riverside Philharmonic and San Bernardino Symphony; and Russian cellist Evgeny Tonkha who lives in Los Angeles, the place he works within the movie trade.
