Erin Foster and her husband Simon Tikhman are officially parents!!
The 41-year-old writer and Favorite Daughter entrepreneur, who is the daughter of famed musician David Foster, just gave birth to her first child this weekend, she revealed on Sunday (May 19).

Erin had an at home birth, which she called, “Truly the most insane experience of my life, with the best ending.”
Her daughter, named Noa Mimi Tikhman, was born on Friday morning (May 17) two weeks early.
“Truly the most insane experience of my life, with the best ending. Noa Mimi Tikhman being nothing like her mother who is always late, arrived two weeks early at 4:41am on May 17th. Being totally unbiased I would say she’s perfect and super advanced already, and might be the first person I’ve met who prefers me to Simon. Gave birth to her au naturale in our bed like a beast, but also would have taken heroine in the moment if someone offered. Simon would like everyone to know he’s a warrior too ❤️” Erin wrote on Instagram, sharing several photos from her home birth.
Erin and Simon got engaged in August 2019 and tied the knot a few months later on New Year’s Eve. They announced they were expecting back in November 2023.
