All eyes in the golf world are set to descend upon the Valhalla Golf Course, the site of the 2024 PGA Championship, which begins on Thursday, May 16.
The PGA marks the second major golf tournament of the calendar year. Just last month, world number one Scottie Scheffler earned the green jacket at the Masters.
Scheffler, who finished as a runner-up at the 2023 PGA Championship, is a member of this year’s field, too. The group includes last year’s champion, Brooks Koepka, Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Jordan Spieth, among others.
In fact, the entire top-100 in the world are expected to be present and competing at Valhalla this week.

PGA Championship schedule 2024
The 2024 PGA Championship will air on multiple networks throughout the four-day event.
ESPN and ESPN+ will air exclusive coverage of the first two rounds of the tournament, on Thursday, May 16 and Friday, May 17. On-air broadcasts begin at 12 p.m. ET on both days, with streaming coverage and alternate telecasts beginning as early as 7 a.m. ET.
CBS enters the picture for the final two rounds, picking up coverage at 1 p.m. ET on both Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19. ESPN will carry coverage in the morning on both days, beginning at 10 a.m. ET.
