Smith, a viral TikTok content creator, has captured a ton of attention with her cooking demo videos. One that recently received more than 42 million views also grabbed Davis’ attention – Smith making chewing gum from scratch. Davis was inspired to create her own gum-making demo in true Nara Smith fashion.

Davis, 59, shared her video on Instagram and TikTok with Smith’s original narration.

“My sister’s in town to visit and she was craving gum so bad, but she ran out so I just decided to make her some myself,” Smith said.

“I laid down some wax paper and poured some powdered sugar on top creating little wells. I then heated up my gum base and some corn syrup before it was all melted before pouring it into the wells I created.”
