Though Ex on the Beach tries to keep its premise hidden from its participants, the MTV show has never been for the faint of heart. As a hit reality TV series, the show challenges cast members to see if they are really over their exes by putting them in a house full of available singles before bringing in their exes to complicate things. Cast members have then been faced with the choice of deciding if they want to try new love, rekindle past flames, or leave the show single. Despite its poor track record, it’s one of the best reality TV dating shows.
As the premise promises, Ex on the Beach brings more drama than hook-ups, though it is historically heavy on both. The original British show aired nine seasons, while the MTV American version has currently aired six seasons that include some spin-offs within the seasons. The 2023 season of Ex on the Beach was titled Ex on the Beach Couples: Now or Never. The completely chaotic sixth season had exes showing up to shake things up between couples, including buzz about newcomers Lola de Lepine and her boyfriend, Sorinn Lilico, who found their romance interrupted by Christopher Patrone.

12 Corey Wharton & Taylor Selfridge
Still Together After Ex on the Beach
Corey Wharton and Taylor Selfridge from Ex on the Beach season 1 are one of the most chaotic yet best known couples to arise from the franchise, and the couple is still together in 2023. Corey, who has a child from a previous relationship with Teen Mom star and fellow reality TV personality Cheyenne Ford, and Taylor are the ultimate Ex on the Beach USA success story though they haven’t been without their scandals.
The couple met on the first season and fell for each other before sticking together through their ups and downs. Corey and Cheyenne co-parent their daughter, while Corey and Taylor have two beautiful daughters together: Mila and Maya. Corey and Taylor welcomed their first child, Mila, in April 2020 and their second daughter, Maya, in June 2022.
Tragically, Maya was born with a rare heart condition called tricuspid atresia, requiring immediate open heart surgery. She underwent a second surgery in January 2023. Fortunately, Maya recovered well, and the couple shared the good news of her release from the hospital. She’s doing well in 2024.

Not only have Corey and Taylor received their happy ending, but Corey’s Ex on the Beach season 1 ex-girlfriend Alicia Wright is also in a happy relationship in 2023. Alicia joined the show as the ex of Corey and had a messy altercation with Taylor when Taylor spit on her. However, like her Ex on The Beach season 1 ex-boyfriend Corey, Alicia found her happy ending. Alicia shares happy photos with her partner, Xander Maddox. The attractive couple enjoyed a Mexico getaway and took cute fall photos.
Xander is an artist and appears happy with Alicia. They have a daughter together, Aaliyah, who turned two on September 10, 2023. The couple threw Aaliyah a Ratatouille-themed birthday party and even dressed like chefs to play the part. While she didn’t find love on Ex on the Beach, Alicia has undoubtedly found her person.

Born and raised in New Jersey, the twins gained recognition for their provocative artwork, which often explores themes of celebrity culture, social media, and modern femininity. Allie and Lexi, better known as “The Kaplan Twins,” were on the show for Lexi’s behalf, as Allie was in a relationship at the time. While Lexi and her ex-boyfriend Max-Davis Kurtzman are no longer together after filming, Allie still has a lasting romance in her life.
Allie shared that she is still with her partner, Jarret Rutstein. Jarret and Allie tied the knot in January 2024. “Mr. and Mrs. Rutstein,” she captioned a sweet snap of them on their wedding day. Given her recent marriage, it’s fair to say Allie is officially off the market.

She joined Ex on the Beach season 1 as the ex of Cameron Kolbo, along with Taylor Selfridge. She served as a muse for artist Sorinn, though his jealousy caused her to leave him. Lola had already left Sorinn for Christopher due to Sorinn’s inability to commit. However, Lola and Sorinn got back together, but Christopher remained determined to win back Lola. Ultimately, Lola and Sorinn weren’t meant to be, though both have become much quieter on social media.
Lola originally caught Sorinn’s attention with her charisma and beauty. Entering the show as an original couple, Lola and Sorinn’s relationship faced incredible strain due to Sorinn’s jealousy and Lola’s personality. There was so much drama in Ex on the Beach season 6 between the pair that it seems unlikely their relationship was able to weather the test of time after the show.
