Much like the previous two Spider-games, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is all about the suits. Whether you play more as Peter Parker or Miles Morales, the farther you get in the game, the more suits you can unlock. The suits can change the way the entire game looks and feels, and often allow you to live out your wildest Spider-fantasies.
Several suits are unique to the game itself, while even more are inspired by the original comic books. Then there are suits ripped from basically every single Spider-Man movie. Suits, when applied, can make you feel like you’re living in that movie (or, in Miles’s case, maybe even some other movies/comics). Half the fun of the game is picking and changing what Miles or Peter is wearing.
Not counting pre-sale add-ons or DLC, both Peter and Miles (by the time you finish the game) have 34 suits each. That’s a lot of suits. And thankfully, io9 has a lot of people who were able to play the game. Myself, James Whitbrook, and Justin Carter all played Spider-Man 2 and ranked our 10 favorite suits for both Miles and Peter. We then assigned those rankings points, combined them, and came up with the following list: our 10 favorite suits for both Miles and Peter in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which is now out for PlayStation 5.
