Chelsea Lazkani is all smiles in her first public appearance since her estranged husband, Jeff Lazkani, responded to her divorce filing with allegations of his own.
In his response, Jeff claimed that the “Selling Sunset” star had been showing some “suspicious behavior” since she initiated divorce proceedings last month.

Despite her divorce filing and her husband’s subsequent allegations marking the end of their six-year marriage, Chelsea is maintaining her beauty.
The realtor was spotted indulging in a retail therapy session sporting a tight white dress with a plunging neckline that highlighted her bosom and accentuated her figure.
She paired the body-hugging outfit with a set of matching flower-shaped earrings and necklace, as well as peep-toe black heels. She also carried an oversized woven brown bag and touched up her face with minimal makeup.
Notably, Chelsea’s ring finger was devoid of her diamond wedding ring, which Daily Mail observed was last seen on her on March 14 in Los Angeles.

As mentioned above, the luxury realtor’s outing comes just days after her estranged beau slammed her with a response to her divorce filing by expressing his desire for a divorce as well, citing irreconcilable differences.

Inside Jeff’s Severe Allegations Against Chelsea
Jeff stressed his concern about the safety of himself and the two children he shares with Chelsea, son Maddox Ali and daughter Melia Iman, in a written declaration, as detailed by his lawyer.
He asserted that neither he nor the kids were safe, hinting at the possibility that he and his estranged wife should not reside together at their Manhattan Beach home, of which Jeff is the primary owner.
The father of two further claimed that Chelsea deliberately “provokes” him and records him as a ploy to incite a reaction.
Reiterating his accusations of domestic violence, he alleged that the Oppenheim Group employee had been “physically aggressive” both before and after filing for divorce.

In one purported incident, the television personality “struck” him “in the face in an aggressive manner,” leaving his glasses shattered and a small cut on the side of his face in its aftermath.
Jeff also highlighted his concerns about his estranged wife’s behavior, stating that she has been “exhibiting suspicious behavior” and attributing the disappearance of many of his “personal belongings” to her.
These items reportedly went missing from their home following Chelsea’s filing for divorce in March.

Jeff Wants Chelsea Kicked Out Of Their Shared Home
Going further in the written declaration, Jeff expressed feeling “stunned” upon discovering Chelsea’s decision to file for divorce through a text message from TMZ.
He alleged that upon learning of her intent to dissolve their marriage, he texted Chelsea but received no response.
On the same day, Chelsea’s brother began staying at their residence without informing Jeff. That day, as the heartbroken Jeff recalled, was the last time he slept at their beach home.
The Blast pointed out that Jeff disclosed a later discovery that the mother of his two children had opened a separate bank account around the time she initiated the marital dissolution process.
Furthermore, Jeff shed light on Chelsea’s other suspicious behavior, which he stated involved her “sneaking around the property” and attempting to enter his room “when she thought he was not home.”
With all these claims in play, Jeff requested “exclusive use and possession” of the five-bedroom beach home, meaning that Chelsea, whose name is not on the mortgage, would have to vacate the property.

She also asked the court to make Jeff pay her spousal support and coverage for her legal fees. Additionally, Chelsea acknowledged that the complete details of her separate property assets and obligations were unclear at the time of her filing.
However, she highlighted her plans to either include this information in the petition or disclose it in her “Preliminary and/or Final Declaration of Disclosure” once she found out the details.
Chelsea filed the marriage dissolution petition on March 27 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in LA.
