Christie hits Trump for Meghan Markle feedback after skipping GOP debate: ‘What a joke’

GOP presidential hopeful Chris Christie criticized former President Trump on Friday for saying he would “love” to debate Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, after skipping the primary Republican debate.

“Donald Trump desires to debate Meghan Markle however not his opponents? What a joke,” Christie posted on X, the platform previously often known as Twitter. “I’m certain they’d have an amazing debate on Spotify.”

Trump, the present GOP frontrunner, on Wednesday was requested by radio host Hugh Hewitt if he would sit down with Prince Harry and Meghan with the intention to increase scores — and he replied, “If you wish to set it up, let’s set it up.”
