Gisele Bündchen Shares ‘Personal Transformation’ Post [PHOTO]

Gisele Bündchen shares a post about “personal transformation” nearly two years after her divorce from NFL star Tom Brady. It also comes just days after the loss of her mother, Vania Nonnenmacher.

As you know, Bündchen and Brady announced their separation in October 2022 after months of speculation that the two were having a rocky time. The two are continuing to co-parent their two kids, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, while also working on their mental health individually as they navigate through the divorce.

Additionally, Bündchen recently lost her mother, who passed on January 28 at the age of 75.

Gisele Bündchen shared a photo of herself on a balcony looking out at the sunset as she reflects on life and continues her healing journey. She used a quote from Yung Pueblo as her caption:

“Personal transformation is not easy. Healing yourself takes time. Letting go can sometimes feel overwhelming. Building new habits can seem like an uphill battle. Even with all of these challenges inner-work is worth it. This active form of self-love can radically change your life.”

Fans instantly flooded the comments to thank her for her vulnerability and her inspiration. “You are such a warrior and inspiration for many woman. You sure understood your God’s purpose in this life. Thank you,” one of her fans wrote.

Another simply said, “Beautiful message. Beautiful picture.”

The Brazilian supermodel posted a tribute to her mom after the news broke of her passing, sharing a carousel of photos to remember the good times the two shared.

“You were an angel on earth, always helping everyone around you,” she wrote at the time. “I am so grateful to be your daughter and to have learned from you. Thank you for being the best role model of love, strength, compassion, courage, and grace.”

One of her followers commented on her latest Instagram post, sharing, “I’m so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. Do know that you will feel her in different forms, but you will know although not physically present she’s even closer to you than ever before. You and her soul are in my prayers. Stay strong.”

Another shared, “Letting go is an inevitable part of life, growth, and change within and outside of ourselves. Someone once said that ‘the history of our lives is the history of our losses’, but I would add that it’s the history of our memories, which are better than bad.”

MEGALast month, The Hospital Moinhos de Vento in Porto Alegre, Brazil announced that Nonnenmacher had passed away due to cancer after being admitted to the hospital on January 26.

Following her death, the Brazilian supermodel paid tribute, by sharing, “I will forever cherish the beautiful memories we shared and will live by the values you taught me. You will live forever through the many lives that you touched.”

She added, “Thank you for giving me five best friends for life. Your love will always guide us,” she concluded. “I will see you in my dreams. Love you.”
