Travis Kelce‘s ex, Kayla Nicole, is “tuning out the noise” as she claps back at the haters amid the drama surrounding her and the NFL player.
During an Instagram Q&A Wednesday, the social media influencer opened up about how she has to “tune out the noise” amid the recent drama surrounding her and her ex-boyfriend. “The ‘noise’ never comes from anyone who has more,” she replied to a fan on social media. “More love. More joy. More peace.”
“Misery loves company. ‘Hate’ is a projection of an individuals [sic] self worth. I do not have to receive or entertain it,” she added.
Travis and Kayla dated on and off for five years, but the two separated earlier this year. Now, Kelce is dating pop icon Taylor Swift.

Kayla clapping back at the haters on her Instagram page comes after the Kansas City Chiefs player unfollowed Kayla Nicole on Twitter shortly after she batted her eyes and made a move on Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, who plays on the same team as Travis’s older brother, Jason Kelce.
Although Travis and Kayla no longer follow each other on social media, she and Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie Kelce, still remain one another’s followers. Everyone else in the Kelce family has unfollowed Kayla.

On several of Kayla’s recent Instagram posts, comments regarding her looks, her attitude, and her “need for validation” have been pouring in.
“Why do you seek so much validation from posting yourself like this,” one user said. “Ms Kayla Nicole needs to start covering herself if any good, wholesome man will propose to her. Not all men want to see skin on social media in their future wife 🤷🏼♀️,” another said.
The drama and hate first began after Kayla Nicole unfollowed Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Patrick Mahomes, who is Travis Kelce’s teammate and friend, seemingly because Brittany became close to Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
Brittany Mahomes has been seen hanging out with Taylor Swift on multiple occasions, including in a suite at MetLife Stadium for “Sunday Night Football” and grabbing dinner together in New York City. They also just hung out as Taylor, Brittany, Travis, and Patrick had a double date at the Mahomes’s $8M residency.
Kayla Nicole and Brittany Mahomes remained close friends despite ending her relationship with Travis Kelce in 2022, however, The Blast reported a few weeks ago that Kayla Nicole unfollowed Brittany Mahomes on Instagram. Plus, previous posts have been “un-liked” by Nicole’s account. This has been shocking for many as Kayla and Brittany were extremely close — with Nicole even being a bridesmaid for the Mahomes’ wedding in March 2022.
On another post, in which Kayla posed for the camera in a two-piece bathing suit, one user stated, “Girl you look thirsty, trying to make T. Swift jelly? Lol.”
“I used to like u so much… but the way you display your body is not nice. DON’T YOU KNOW THAT YOUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF CHRIST,” another said before adding, “hope you realize it.”
