While many people might pull a frozen lasagna out of the freezer when a late night craving hits, Jersey’s own Julia Molinari prefers to make her very own homemade meal.
The chef and content creator recently shared a video on TikTok demonstrating making a delicious lasagna from scratch one late night.

Feeling a little tired at 11 p.m. doesn’t stop Molinari, 19, from creating an Italian masterpiece in the kitchen. She was apparently craving some homemade lasagna so that’s exactly what she made, regardless of the time.
She walked through the steps to making her homemade Italian lasagna. First, she poured some flour onto the counter and added an egg.
“Incorporate the flour slow, so it’s easier to work with,” she said as she whisked the egg and white flour together.
She then rolled out the dough to make the fresh pasta for her late-night treat.

Molinari shares all she’s preparing in her TikTok video, including chopping fresh mozzarella, boiling her fresh-made pasta, and putting the dish together to get ready for the oven.
She layered her lasagna filling and pasta to fill up the entire dish. Then it was time to bake!
When she pulled the dish out of the oven, she gleefully said, “I’m so excited” while looking ready for not only a meal, but also a nap.
“I should have let it sit, but I couldn’t wait,” she said as she cut a generous piece of the piping hot lasagna. “I’m too hungry. Just bear in mind, it’s a lot prettier if you let it set. Cheers.”
Her video received more than 1.8 million views and 2,300 comments from hungry fans.
“11:00pm she casually makes one of the best looking lasagna I’ve ever seen,” one viewer wrote in the comment section. Another added, “Ah. To have the energy to make freaking lasagna at 11 pm when I see that it it’s 5 o’clock and struggle to reheat leftovers.”

In a recently shared TikTok video, Molinari shows off some of her dance moves. The video captioned, “I don’t just make pizzas. Need to act learn this,” she shows that she knows how to move.
While many of her 1.8 million TikTok followers are there for the recipes, many are also there for the dance videos.
“I’m here for this side of jumo,” one person wrote. Another added, “Love the dancing TikTok too.”
One other follower shared, “This radiates so much positivity!”

Last year, Molinari shared a carousel of photos on Instagram of her dancing. She shows just how flexible she is in these photos and her followers were impressed.

Another person pointed out, “Real ones know she’s the pizza girl on TikTok,” referring to the popularity of her many cooking demonstration videos.

In a recently shared carousel of photos on Instagram, the content creator is seen enjoying the bikini life out on the water under the hot sun.
“Miami, how we feelin baby?” she captioned the photos.
Many followers dropped into the comments to tell her how beautiful she looks or to talk about pizza, since she’s well known for her pizza-making videos. One person shared a concern for her getting too much sun, saying, “You feeling burnt don’t even lie.”
On the same day, she shared a video on TikTok about being sunburned captioned, “Before I sunburnt my whole face,” so it’s safe to say the sun got the best of her. But we bet that won’t stop her from making a homemade pizza or other Italian specialty dish when hunger strikes!
