Major League Rugby is back for its seventh season with a few familiar teams and some new names.
The New England Free Jacks will attempt to capture back-to-back titles after defeating the San Diego Legion in the 2023 championship match. Both teams finished as the top seeds in their respective conferences last year and will enter the 2024 campaign with high expectations.
This year will mark the arrival of Anthem RC and the Miami Sharks, as they will fill the void left behind by Rugby New York and the Toronto Arrows. Additionally, Rugby ATL has relocated and is now known as Rugby FC Los Angeles.

A total of 18 regular season matches will air on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2. The regular season will begin on March 2 and run through June 29.
