WASHINGTON — The Washington Wizards have re-signed veteran Taj Gibson.
The Wizards introduced the transfer Friday. The 6-foot-9 Gibson averaged 3.4 factors and 1.9 rebounds in 49 appearances final season. He’s shot not less than 50% from the sphere every of the previous 9 seasons.
Gibson has performed in 945 video games with Chicago, Oklahoma Metropolis, Minnesota, New York and Washington, averaging 8.7 factors and 5.9 rebounds.
“Taj has earned his popularity as a consummate skilled and dependable teammate,” Wizards normal supervisor Will Dawkins mentioned.
