NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario — Ontario has charged the Niagara Falls, Ontario, vacationer attraction Marineland over the care of its black bears.

The Ministry of the Solicitor Normal stated Wednesday costs have been laid out on Tuesday.

“Marineland of Canada, Inc. in Niagara Falls, Ontario, has been charged with three counts of failing to adjust to an order associated to the care of American Black Bears,” stated Brent Ross, a spokesperson for the ministry.

Ross stated the costs have been laid beneath a piece of the Provincial Animal Welfare Companies Act that enables an inspector to subject an order to assist animals that could be in misery. The ability should adjust to the order or in any other case face costs.
