Fans of electronic music superstar Rezz will soon be vibrating to a different beat.
Rezz is releasing a HypnoVizion-branded dildo as part of her merchandise line, she revealed on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. Fans don’t have to think long and hard—the sex toy is expected to be available in early 2024, according to the Spiral producer.
The product, which will come in a custom box—no pun intended—started out as a joke within the brazen engines of EDM Twitter. But after legions of fans expressed genuine interest, she took action.
“Oh god. The hypno dildo has been completed lol,” Rezz tweeted back in October. “I’m waiting to recieve [sic] the finished product in couple days.. has a custom box it comes in & everything. I’m so done.”
Naturally, the responses were outrageous. “Things I can expect: Serotonin,” one fan quipped. “I can’t wait to get the Rezz dildo & put it up in my room like a trophy,” wrote another.
Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time dildos have made headlines in the electronic dance music world in the last year. Back in December 2022, a sex toy manufacturer reached out to Koji Aiken to promote one of their products before the Vancouver-based DJ recorded its vibrations to produce a drum & bass song.
