Doherty, 52, remembered engaging in a passionate disagreement with her co-star, Jennie Garth, 51, sparked by a prank.

During a conversation with her former colleague Brian Austin Green on her podcast “Let’s Be Clear,” the actress recounted, “[Jennie] was doing, she was calling it ‘Pants Down Day’ where she would pull the pants on some of the crew members in a funny way and some of them were getting pretty annoyed with it.”

Doherty added, “And then I reversed it and I said, ‘Skirt up day.’”

MEGAThe “Heathers” star continued, “And she always wore the men’s Calvin Klein boxer shorts under her clothes. So I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. And so I did ‘Skirt Up Day’ and oh, my God, she lost it on me and I was just not in the mood to back down.”

Remembering The Past

MEGAGreen, 50, known for his role as David Silver on the show, recounted the altercation, reminiscing how he and their fellow co-star Ian Ziering quickly stepped in to intervene.

“I remember at one point when there was a fight out front and Ian and I were there,” he recalled. “And so, we were the two that stepped into, kind of, the middle of it to keep it from escalating.”

A ‘Rough And Competitive’ Moment On Set

MEGAGreen later mentioned that there was constant tension among the female cast members, which included actresses Tori Spelling and Gabrielle Carteris. He described it as “not an easy situation to watch.”

The “Dancing with the Stars” alum added, “I remember it got really rough and competitive for you all.”

Shannen Doherty Gets Candid About Her ‘Horrible Marriage’

MEGADoherty portrayed Brenda Walsh on the popular TV series from 1990 until 1994 when she was dismissed from the show amid personal struggles.

“Towards my last season, I was in a really horrible marriage, and there were things that were transpiring in that marriage that made it really hard for me to consistently be on time for work,” the “Charmed” star confided to her co-star Jason Priestley, who portrayed her twin brother, Brandon Walsh, during an episode of her podcast in January.

“I know that that became a very big problem for the rest of you, as it should be because if everyone else is on time and you are waiting for one person it sucks,” Doherty said, elucidating how her co-stars were compelled to “work longer hours” due to her tardiness.

Doherty tied the knot with Ashley Hamilton in 1993, but their marriage came to an end a year later due to his struggles with addiction.

The actress then revealed to Priestly, 54, that she “didn’t even want to leave the house” due to being “scared that [Hamilton] would go and get drugs.”

Doherty, who is currently fighting stage 4 breast cancer, also revealed that her father was “super sick” during that period. However, she admitted to not disclosing the severity of his condition to producers and the cast.

“I wish that I would have known more about what was happening in your personal life at the time because I could have hopefully managed it with more compassion and more caring,” Priestley responded, “But we only knew what we knew.”

Doherty expressed that she doesn’t “blame” the cast for being unaware of what was happening behind the scenes of her life. However, she did wish that producers would have asked more questions before opting to write her character out of the show, saying, “I sort of wish I would have been sat down, and sort of, looked at and said, ‘Listen, the end result is going to be this, you are going to get fired, and none of us are willing to put up with it anymore, and I understand that you have an issue in your personal life, but that also can’t bleed into work. You have to get your s— together!’”
