Sofia Vergara’s new rumored beau Justin Saliman ended things with ex wife Bree Turner years ago in a messy court battle.
The Modern Family alum, who announced her split from Joe Manganiello in July, was recently photographed on a date night with the orthopedic surgeon in Los Angeles.
According to reports by the U.S. Sun, Justin divorced his wife on March 2, 2018, after nearly 10 years of marriage.
The Ugly Truth actress asked the court to terminate the surgeon’s right to alimony and requested for shared legal and physical custody of their two children.
In response, Justin requested spousal support from her and demanded the court terminate her right to alimony.
However, in June, 2018, the 49-year-old surgeon was ordered to pay temporary spousal support to Bree in the amount of $4,571, as well as $3,183 in child support for their kids.
The two agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their daughter and son in November, 2019.
As for Joe and Sofia, the estranged couple announced their split in July with a joint statement that read, “As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect for our privacy.”
