Taylor Swift’s ‘Cruel Summer’ tops charts amidst autumn romance

Taylor Swift, the pop music sensation known for her chart-topping hits has achieved another feat as her song Cruel Summer has finally made it to no.1 on Billboard’s Hot 100.

The songstress released the Cruel Summer song four years ago as part of her album “Lover” and added it to the list of her Eras Tour concerts, giving it a proper promotional push. 

The song reached the top 10 on July 23 and has now finally made it to No.1, officially making it the 10th Swift track to achieve this feat.

Taylor, who is currently in the headlines for her new love affair with NFL star Travis Kelce, took to Instagram to share her excitement over the success of her song.

Taylor appeared ecstatic as she shared a video of herself thanking her fans for making her song hit the no.1 mark on Billboard Hot 100. She stated, “We just wanted to thank you so much for making The Cruel Summer a 100 no.1”

She hilariously stated, “It’s not even summer, it’s deep fall,” and concluded the video with her iconic scream.
