Lilly Palmer’s ascent to techno superstardom has been turbocharged after signing a landmark record deal with Armada Music and Kontor.
The deal arrives after a breakout year that saw Palmer perform on the storied Mainstage of Tomorrowland, the world’s largest and most popular electronic dance music festival. She also released a slew of festival favorites throughout 2023 and was ultimately named one of EDM.com’s best music producers of the year.
It’s a hometown affair of sorts for Palmer as the surging DJ, who was raised in Nuremburg, joins the roster of Germany’s leading dance music label. Since its inception in 1996, the imprint has released countless chart-topping records from the likes of Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, ATB, Scooter, EDX and NERVO, among many others.
“Partnering with both Armada and Kontor Records marks a pivotal moment in my career,” Palmer said in a press release. “The immense support and belief from these two esteemed labels is an incredible honor, and I am thrilled to embark on this journey with such distinguished partners. I am deeply grateful for this remarkable opportunity and eager to continue sharing my music with a global audience.”

The teams behind Kontor and Armada already operate a longstanding business partnership. They’ll now harness that relationship “to offer a best-in-class, 360 service” between the former’s headquarters in Hamburg and the latter’s offices in Amsterdam, London and New York.
“Lilly Palmer has an incredible flair for what she does, whether it’s producing or performing, so naturally we’ve been following her career for a long time now,” added Maykel Piron, CEO and co-founder of Armada Music. “I’m so excited to welcome her to the roster in this exciting partnership with our friends at Kontor!”
