The First Omen Clip Teases ‘A Terrifying Trip Into the World of Satan’

20th Century has released a new featurette for The First Omen, bringing viewers centuries back to when the first The Omen film hit theaters back in 1976.

“PhenOMENal” is the word the creatives behind the film used when describing the franchise. According to The First Omen producer Keith Levine, the first installment “shocked and terrified audiences” the moment it was introduced to theaters.

Serving as a prequel to the 1976 version, director Arkasha Stevenson explained in the clip that the upcoming installment will “answer the question of how Damien comes into existence, and why.” Levine then teased that The First Omen would be a gift to longtime fans, while the new generation of viewers would be in for a terrifying experience.
