Live odds are listed for each team, and they represent the best available price on the market to go Over the season win total.

Cowboys

Let’s start with Jerry’s boys down in Big D. The Cowboys are a public team if there ever was one. At 4-2 and with a big date in Philadelphia looming next week, Dallas hosts the Rams on Sunday.

At BetMGM, the Cowboys opened the season at 9.5 wins with -130 on the Over and +110 to the Under. They’ve since moved to 10.5 (O: -135; U +115) with 76% of tickets and 80% of handle on the Over in recent wagering.

Dallas has finished 12-5 the past two seasons. After the clash in Philly, the Cowboys get the Giants, Panthers, and Commanders in succession. Expect them to run the table during that stretch and ride the momentum to at least 11 wins to close out the regular season.

Panthers

One great thing about these futures? Even if your team stinks, you can still have some action when the playoffs are out of reach.

No team is mathematically eliminated from playoff contention yet, but Carolina should already be looking to build for next year and beyond with No. 1 draft pick Bryce Young.

The Panthers are coming off a bye week at 0-6 as the only winless team remaining in the NFL. Carolina hosts Houston on Sunday in a battle between the top two picks in this year’s draft.

Carolina’s season win total opened at 7.5, but the Panthers could be had at 3.5 this week at BetMGM (O: -140; U: +115). They can take a step in the right direction with home games against the Texans and Colts the next two weeks — and then the Bears on the road.

BetMGM patrons are hammering the Under, which has commanded 85% of tickets and 96% of handle. But the biggest reason Carolina can eclipse 3.5 wins is it has four games remaining against NFC South teams. Give us the Over.

Bengals

Cincinnati (3-3) comes off its bye week with a tough test at San Francisco even if QB Brock Purdy (concussion) doesn’t play. The Bengals also come off the break with some momentum after wins against the Cardinals and Seahawks heading into the bye.

If QB Joe Burrow is fully recovered from the calf injury that held him and the offense back early in the season, the Bengals have a decent chance to surpass 8.5 wins. Cincy started 0-2 last year before finishing 12-4 to win the AFC North for the second straight season.

Backing the Bengals here takes some guts because they still have the Bills, Ravens, and Chiefs on the schedule. If you want to play the schedule game and count those three as losses, Cincinnati would have to win six of eight games to crest this season win total. That’s why BetMGM’s handle was nearly even with 51% on the Over and 49% on the Under.
