Tammy Slaton Reduced Her Soda Intake By A Significant Amount
Slaton shared a quick update about her latest diet change in a new clip where she responded to a curious follower who asked if she still drinks “12/8 sodies.” The star replied in the negative and explained that she does not drink “sodies that often anymore.”
Slaton added that she sometimes takes two 12 oz. cans a day or one or nothing at all, as water is now her preferred choice of beverage.
“ Or if I do drink something else it’s tea…diet tea or sugar-free Gatorades. I do like drinking Crystal Light packets, stuff like that sometimes….but plain ordinary water.” concluded the 37-year-old in the TikTok video.
Her teeming fans immediately trooped to the comment section to praise her for making such a difficult but life-changing decision.

Slaton’s efforts and sacrifices have yielded impressive results, and she did not hesitate to show off her new frame last month in a playful video shared on her Instagram. The reality star looked chic in light blue form-fitting denim pants and a long-sleeved camouflage top as she danced to DJ Drama’s hit track “Left, Right, Left” playing in the background.
Slaton’s epic video dropped right after court documents showed the social media sensation was taken into custody on drug possession charges in Kentucky. The Blast shared that she was arrested on August 4 after a Sturgis police officer responded to an anonymous complaint.

Slaton was charged with one count of possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. However, she will go to court for a diversion plan on April 24, 2024.
The reality star’s arrest came days after her late husband, Caleb Willingham, was buried following his passing on July 1.

Amid her thriving weight loss journey, Slaton has experienced some drawbacks, especially with her health. Earlier this month, the TLC star was spotted struggling to breathe and looking frail as she exited her vehicle after running errands in Kentucky.
The reality TV star leaned on her car door for support and then placed her hands on her chest as if she was in pain, according to eyewitnesses. The source noted that Slaton appeared to have felt pains in her legs and struggled to walk to her front door.
Following this claim, another insider close to the YouTuber disclosed that she had been battling with pneumonia, which explained her heavy breathing and shaky stance. However, Slaton showed up on the gram a few days later to celebrate Halloween in a skeleton costume, giving the fans a full view of her outfit.
The TLC star decorated her house with balloons as she changed into a second outfit inspired by Queen Cleopatra. Slaton’s second look featured a long black dress with gold details on the chest area and sheer sleeves that showed off her trimmed arms.
Her sister, Amy Slaton, also joined in the Halloween shenanigans and showed off her weight loss progress on Instagram in a jaw-dropping mermaid costume.
Amy chose a sequined dress with purple and green streaks and a single strap for her costume and even flaunted her slim face decorated with purple eyeshadow and long lashes.
