Gwen Stefani Reveals Which Blake Shelton Pic Is Her Phone Background

It was the Queen of Country versus the “Queen of Shelton” as Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani went head-to-head over a country singer on Tuesday’s The Voice.

And not just any country singer. Bias, 23, took the stage to cover “God’s Country,” a hit by, you guessed it, former Voice legend Blake Shelton himself.

While Niall Horan and John Legend marveled at Bias’ high-energy performance, Gwen knew she would have an uphill battle against Reba to try and win the young Tennessee native. Thankfully, she was armed with a few tricks up her sleeve.

“My name’s Gwen Stefani! No, wait… my name’s Gwen Shelton!” she declared, holding up her phone. “[Blake’s] just a phone call away!”

Adorably, in holding up her phone, Gwen revealed that her lock screen is actually an adorable pic of her and Blake sharing a smooch on their wedding day. The couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary on July 3.

Reba wasn’t impressed by the pitch, telling Bias that she turned first, after being shocked by the crowd’s response to his performance.

“That’s when I hit my button, and I’m so glad I did because you were kicking some major butt out here!” she told the young singer.

Bias admits he’s torn, as a fan of both Reba and Blake, and ultimately makes the surprising decision to join Team Gwen!

“It was the ring,” his new coach tells the cameras, pointing to her wedding band, apparently a good luck charm in more ways than one.

“Having a country singer on my team is important to me,” she adds. “I can’t wait to go home and tell Blake about him!”

When ET spoke with the coaches ahead of the season premiere, Reba said that Gwen, Niall and John have welcomed her to the show “warmly, like a sister.” However, she noted that the friendly vibes go away when it’s time to get down to business.

“They’ve helped me, they’ve guided me and taught me, and then after I learned up to that point, then they say, ‘You’re on your own,'” she recalled.

“We still want to beat her,” John agreed with a laugh.

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. PT/ET on NBC.
