Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s financial situation seems to be getting more dire by the minute as the reality star is resorting to unscrupulous means to make some dough.
However, it seems she might have taken things a tad too far this time after falsely claiming her daughter Brielle Biermann is pregnant at 26 years old.
Kim Zolciak Slammed By Fans For Using Daughter For Money
On Tuesday, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star took to social media with a supposed huge announcement suggesting that her daughter is pregnant. She posted a photo of her and Brielle, with the caption, “SO EXCITED TO BE A GRANDMA! 🤰 #LinkInBio.”
However, upon clicking on the pasted link, it just redirects the user to a fluff article piece saying, “Oh baby! Brielle Biermann spilled to us about having kids and how she feels about her mom, Kim Zolciak, becoming a grandma.” No other details point to whether Brielle is actually pregnant.
While Zolciak turned off the comments to her Instagram post, she wasn’t so lucky on Twitter, where many angry fans piled on her in the Quotes. “The link is from July 28th?? Is this yet another attempt at getting back on #RHOA?” wondered a fan alongside a meme of NeNe Leakes.
Another fan shared a similar sentiment: “This girl is doing everything to try and get that peach back. We are not interested in wig or baby wig 😒.” This user warned, “Don’t fund the madness. No one is pregnant,” while another penned, “clickbait Kim strikes again (no one is pregnant).”
This unimpressed fan wrote, “I hate that I even read this, but it turns out it was just clickbait. Brielle is NOT pregnant, and Kim is NOT going to be a grandma any time soon. #RHOA.”
Others, however, slammed the “Don’t Be Tardy” star for stooping so low and using her daughter to get clicks. “Using your kids for clickbait is nasty work, lol,” wrote a fan, while another remarked, “This must be paid clickbait ’cause we know you don’t have a job. So lying on your child for a check is DISGUSTING.”
“Really, Kim? Using your kid as clickbait,” questioned another disappointed user. Some were instead focused on Zolciak’s dire financial state, poking fun at her lack of funds. “Can she afford to be a grandma?” asked a curious fan.

Kim Zolciak Selling Designer Items For Money
While opting for clickbait articles about her daughter’s pregnancy to get some traffic seems new for the Bravo star, she has tried other means to get some cash flow.
It is no news that the 45-year-old and her estranged husband, who are in the middle of a contentious divorce, have been plagued by intense financial crisis, from allegedly owing the IRS $1 million in tax to being sued by several financial institutions for unpaid credit card debt.
There’s also the issue of their home being up for foreclosure. However, despite it all, Zolciak seems to be hustling and reverting to selling some of her items to make money.
Earlier this month, we reported that the mother-of-six dipped her hands into her mountain of designer items, selling a grey Louis Vuitton purse for $4,500 and a Chanel Shearling bag priced at $5,900, amongst other high-end items.
She also reportedly slapped a price tag on her Gucci mink heels [at $1,250] and Balmain plastic heels [going for $600]. The Real Housewives alum has publicly advertised some other low-end designer pieces on her Instagram Story, including those belonging to Biermann.

In one update, she advertised a pair of Dior X Hajime Sorayama’s high-top B23 sneakers decorated with cherry blossoms and a robotic Tyrannosaurus belonging to the former NFL player for $800. “These are Kroy’s Dior shoes. These are so cute; they were worn one time. Excellent condition, perfect condition, I should say. So cute,” she stated.
