Liam Payne is officially back in action after spending some time in the hospital last month!
The 30-year-old One Direction star was hospitalized in Italy to undergo medical treatment for an unknown condition in September. His girlfriend Kate Cassidy assured fans that he was released from the hospital and on the mend a few days after the news broke.
Now it appears that Liam is celebrating feeling better with a trip to Paris, France.

On Sunday night (October 1), Liam and Kate were spotted grabbing a bite to eat at Frame in the City of Lights.
The “Strip That Down” singer looked fashionable in dark jeans and a boldly patterned red jacket. He accessorized with a long gold necklace. Kate wore a black minidress with a fringed hem and a plunging neckline.
The following day, Liam and Kate stepped out for lunch at L’Avenue. He looked cool in a black t-shirt with a pair of dark sunglasses on, while Kate opted for a patterned top and light denim.
We’re so very glad that Liam seems to be doing better and wish him well as he continues to recover! Hopefully they are having a wonderful time together in the city.
Liam has been going through some health struggles recently and had to postpone a string of tour dates in South America after being hospitalized with a kidney infection in August.
Back in July, the singer revealed that he was six months sober!
