While this costume from the New 52 era may not have stirred as much controversy as some of Wonder Woman’s other outfits, it still sparked discussions among fans who were critical of certain elements. DC Artist Julian Totino Tedesco Reimagines Wonder Woman’s New 52 Bikini Bottoms Look
Wonder Woman’s New 52 design showcased the Amazon warrior in a red, silver, and blue ensemble, featuring a red bustier with a double “W” adornment, a silver tiara with a red star, and blue bikini-style briefs embellished with stars on each hip. Staying true to this iconic design, Tedesco retains the blue, star-spangled briefs, the striking red bustier, and the signature tiara. However, his interpretation takes a bold departure with the addition of a flowing blue cloak and a thicker tiara, alongside the inclusion of a spear-like weapon.
